Welcome to Evoke.

Holistic Psychotherapy for the Body, Mind & Spirit

Whether you're navigating a life transition, unraveling old patterns, or searching for deeper meaning, I offer a space to reconnect—with yourself, your story, and your inner wisdom.

My therapeutic approach blends psychological insight with both sacred and embodied practices. More about me can be found here, and more about what I specialize in can be found here.

Therapy at Evoke is trauma-informed, culturally competent, LGBTQ supportive, and neurodivergent-friendly.

For those looking for brief support (1-3 sessions), I also offer problem-centered sessions to address a specific issue, process an experience, or find clarity in a stuck moment.

Whether our work is brief or ongoing; my style is collaborative, integrative, and always rooted in curiosity, respect, and whole-person healing.

What I Work With

I support clients who are navigating life’s turning points, recovering from painful relational dynamics, and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.

My practice combines structured approaches with depth-oriented tools to create both stability and meaning. More about therapeutic modalities here.

“I hope you will go out and let stories, that is life, happen to you,

and that you will work with these stories...

water them with your blood and tears and your laughter till they bloom,

till you yourself burst into bloom.”
