With a foundation in Marriage and Family Therapy, I help those seeking relationship therapy to navigating challenges in boundaries, communication, premarital issues, familial issues, co-parenting, infidelity and more. My work is trauma-informed, culturally competent, LGBTQ supportive, and neurodivergent-friendly.

For those looking for more focused support, I also offer brief, problem-centered sessions to address a specific issue, process a dream/experience, or find clarity in a stuck moment.

Whether our work is brief or ongoing, my style is collaborative, integrative, and always rooted in curiosity, respect, and whole-person healing.

My practice combines structured approaches (CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness) with depth-oriented tools (dreamwork, narrative, symbolic exploration) to create both stability and meaning.   • Life Transitions: Support through midlife and later-life changes, identity shifts, caregiving roles, retirement, or re-imagining life direction.

  • Stress, Anxiety, & Burnout: Using mindfulness and DBT/CBT-based tools to manage overwhelm, social anxiety, calm panic attacks, reduce reactivity, and restore energy.

  • Exploration of Dreams & Meaning: Engaging with dreams, symbols, and inner narratives to gain insight into unconscious themes and life purpose.
