Hey, I’m glad you’re here.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be polished or “put together.” You can show up tired, frustrated, sad, angry, curious — whatever’s going on, and it’s welcome here.
Therapy isn’t about performing or fixing yourself for someone else, it’s about figuring out what actually works for you, rebuilding trust in your own perception, and creating relationships, with yourself and others, that feel steadier, safer, and more honest.
I specialize in people navigating abuse recovery, adult children of narcissists, couples struggles, unprocessed or complicated trauma, and sexual or body-based concerns; including orientation, intimacy and reproductive issues. I work with many other non-specialized areas too; anxiety, life path work etc (see below).
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in both practical skills and deeper exploration. I work from a base of Jungian therapy (think dream analysis, shadow-work, symbolic exploration and mythos), alongside mindfulness, holistic and somatic therapies. For couples, I utilize the addition of Gottman method.
Some clients also like to blend in meditation, symbolic work through tarot, exploration of non-ordinary experiences, behavioral modalities such as DBT, and/or art therapy.
My style is direct but laid back: I’ll be honest with you, I’ll challenge when it’s needed, and I’ll make space for humor and humanity along the way. You can find more about me here.
