Hourly Rates

90 minutes: 240.00

60 minutes: 160.00 individual / 180.00 couples

30 minutes: 80.00 individual / 90.00 couples

Intake: 160-300 [see options below]

Sliding Scale Slots are sometimes available.

Insurance: I currenly accept FSA/HSA and insurance through OHP (CareOregon only at this time).

Your insurance may reimburse you for an "out of network provider," feel free to call the behavioral health

section on the back of your insurance card (this is where it typically is) to make sure before booking.

Individual Intake Session

Standard Intake

160-240.00/ 60-90 minutes

Holistic assessment focusing more on psychological wellness and goal planning. A fitting option for those seeking life path work, or therapy for transitions etc.. Essentially, diagnostic evaluation without the bells and whistles.

Relationship Standard Intake Session

60-90 minutes // 180.00-270.00

Relationship therapy session focused on exploration of goals and issues, relational dynamics, communication relationship structure, intimacy and macro-system impact.

Relationship Therapy Intake Session with Gottman Assessment

Couple or Individual// 90 minutes // 300.00

Intake for intimate partners which includes The Gottman Relationship Check-up. This assessment is completed outside of therapy and reviewed with goals/treatment planning in session.

Therapy post-intake at 160.00 for individuals and 180.00 for couples. Shorter sessions and check-in sessions for those near "graduating" are available. Feel free to inquire within for rates.
