Individual Therapy
A Holistic Approach:
Holistic therapy is a form of integrative therapy that takes into account the entire person – mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person's life and aims to address the root causes of mental and emotional distress.
Through a combination of traditional talk therapy, mindfulness practices, and holistic healing techniques, individuals are guided towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

What Working With Me Is Like
Therapy with me is active, honest, and collaborative—I help us move beyond surface-level conversation into something that actually shifts.
I encourage clients to come into sessions with a sense of what they want to explore, even if it’s unclear or evolving. At the end of sessions, I often offer simple reflections, resources or skill-building practices to support deeper awareness (you might think of it as therapy homework).
In session, we might explore relationship dynamics, recurring emotional patterns, grief, trauma, addiction, or identity questions. We may look at moments where you feel stuck, trace how past experiences shape your present, or work with dreams, intuitions, and symbolic images that reveal deeper layers of your inner life. Sometimes the focus is practical—boundaries, communication, emotional regulation. Other times, it’s about meaning, desire, and change.
We may also pay attention to the body and nervous system, noticing sensations and emotional shifts as part of the work. Spiritual or mystical experiences are welcome here, not as abstractions, but as meaningful parts of your experience.
My style is direct and grounded. If something feels important, I’ll name it. If a pattern keeps repeating, we’ll look at it together rather than circling it endlessly. I'm also not afraid to gently challenge clients or bring awareness to uncomfortable parts or truths. This can feel a little tough at times, but it’s also where real change begins.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will simply validate everything you say or is highly traditional in approach, we may not be the right fit. But if you’re curious, self-reflective, and willing to engage actively in the process, our work can be deep, grounded, and transformative.
